Hu Ciao Bing

Mama's favorite food in Taiwan. There's beef with white pepper inside. That's how Mama likes it. Yummmmm........... Unfortunately, can't be brought to the US. She has to eat it in Taiwan as much as she likes. There are lots of places sell this Hu Ciao Bing, but only the small store near Neihu is the best. They only sell it on certain time every day. When it's finish, it's finish, gotta wait for tomorrow. I guess that makes it better, making customer curious and want to eat more, cause there's limited.
